I did Janitorial for years and you would be shocked how many 18yo kids come to work and cramp up their forearms keeping up. <br /><br />So things like cleaning glass to mopping (correct way aka figure 8's pulled towards you not push pull) even vacuuming.. since you start with your bi/tri but your forearm is the steering muscle doing it.<br /><br />So here are somethings that may help you have better muscle but not Popeye out.. sanding useless wood, add wrist weights when cleaning but be careful around glass. add wrist weights to wrist and bottom of mop... even better if you have a normal mop bucket on wheels or something like that say a furniture mover on 4 wheels put your mop in/on it and little weight to bottom of handle and if you need more then drop 10 to 20 in the bucket make it do figure 8's.. limit your bi/tri movement by trying to keep your elbows close to body as you can.<br /><br />Try bands from one hand then around your back to the cleaning hand.. now I rehabbed with bands and I went left hand set the tension then up behind my neck so the band would stay on the outside of my right arm. I tried to the wax on circles too the point the band wouldn't slip down on my ribs.<br /><br />Also on upright vacuums you can add some weights but have to watch it so that it doesn't force the beater bar to stop spinning.. so I would only add some to handle..<br /><br /><br />if you try this left me know how it works.. <br /><br />Digital..Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05134670337334394403noreply@blogger.com
